倍容量(liang)(liang)復合材料芯鋁絞線JXRL/FH充分發揮了(le)有機復合材料的(de)特(te)長,與現有的(de)各種(zhong)相比,具(ju)有強度高(gao)、線損低、電(dian)導率(lv)高(gao)、弧垂小、允(yun)許工(gong)作溫度高(gao)、載流(liu)量(liang)(liang)大、重量(liang)(liang)輕、耐腐蝕及使用(yong)壽命長等優點,即使在導線載流(liu)量(liang)(liang)增加(jia),導線溫度提高(gao)以后,導線的(de)運用(yong)仍是安(an)全可靠的(de),從而實現了(le)電(dian)力傳輸的(de)節(jie)能、環保與安(an)全,其具(ju)體特(te)點如下。
1.強度高
一(yi)般鋼絲的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1240MPa,高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)鋼絲為(wei)(wei)(wei)1410MPa,而倍(bei)容(rong)量復合材料芯鋁絞JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)碳纖(xian)維和玻璃纖(xian)維混合固化芯棒,其(qi)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)最小值可達(da)到2150MPa ,分別為(wei)(wei)(wei)前兩者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)1.73倍(bei)和1.52倍(bei)。如芯線(xian)(xian)直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)6.5MM的(de)(de)(de)碳纖(xian)維和玻璃纖(xian)維混合芯的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)達(da)2500MPa,比(bi)一(yi)般鋼芯的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)高(gao)一(yi)倍(bei),比(bi)高(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)鋼芯的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)高(gao)77%左右。因(yin)倍(bei)容(rong)量復合材料芯鋁絞線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)結構(gou)形式較為(wei)(wei)(wei)創新,因(yin)此有利用提高(gao)接續管(guan)、耐(nai)張線(xian)(xian)夾與導線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)壓接強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)。
2.線損低、導電率高
由(you)于(yu)倍容量復合(he)材料(liao)芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)JXRL/FH不(bu)存在(zai)鋼(gang)絲材料(liao)引起的(de)磁滯損(sun)耗熱效(xiao)應,而且在(zai)輸送相(xiang)同負荷(he)的(de)條件(jian)下,具(ju)有更(geng)低的(de)運(yun)行溫度,可以減少(shao)輸電(dian)(dian)損(sun)失約6%左(zuo)右。另外,倍容量復合(he)材料(liao)芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)外層(ceng)由(you)梯形截面軟鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)形成的(de)外表(biao)面遠比(bi)傳統(tong)的(de)鋼(gang)芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)LGJ表(biao)面光滑,提高(gao)了(le)(le)導線(xian)表(biao)面粗糙(cao)系(xi)數(shu),有利于(yu)提高(gao)導線(xian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)暈起始電(dian)(dian)壓,減少(shao)電(dian)(dian)暈損(sun)失,降低電(dian)(dian)暈噪聲(sheng)和(he)無線(xian)電(dian)(dian)干擾水平。再者,由(you)于(yu)外層(ceng)為梯形截面軟鋁(lv)(lv)(lv),與(yu)相(xiang)同直徑的(de)鋼(gang)芯鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)LGJ相(xiang)比(bi)外層(ceng)纏繞的(de)導電(dian)(dian)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)更(geng)多,提高(gao)了(le)(le)導線(xian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)導率。
