倍容量(liang)(liang)復合(he)材料(liao)(liao)芯鋁絞線JXRL/FH充(chong)分發揮(hui)了(le)有(you)(you)機復合(he)材料(liao)(liao)的(de)特(te)長(chang),與現(xian)(xian)有(you)(you)的(de)各種(zhong)相(xiang)比(bi),具有(you)(you)強(qiang)度高、線損低、電導率(lv)高、弧垂小(xiao)、允(yun)許工作溫度高、載流量(liang)(liang)大、重量(liang)(liang)輕、耐腐蝕(shi)及使用壽命長(chang)等優點,即(ji)使在導線載流量(liang)(liang)增加,導線溫度提(ti)高以(yi)后,導線的(de)運用仍是安全(quan)可靠的(de),從而實現(xian)(xian)了(le)電力傳輸的(de)節(jie)能、環保與安全(quan),其具體特(te)點如下。
1.強度高
一(yi)般(ban)(ban)鋼絲(si)的(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)為(wei)1240MPa,高強(qiang)度(du)鋼絲(si)為(wei)1410MPa,而倍容量復合(he)材(cai)料芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞JXRL/FH的(de)碳纖(xian)維(wei)和(he)(he)玻(bo)璃纖(xian)維(wei)混合(he)固化芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒,其抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)最小值可達到(dao)2150MPa ,分別(bie)為(wei)前兩者的(de)1.73倍和(he)(he)1.52倍。如芯(xin)(xin)(xin)線(xian)直(zhi)徑為(wei)6.5MM的(de)碳纖(xian)維(wei)和(he)(he)玻(bo)璃纖(xian)維(wei)混合(he)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)達2500MPa,比(bi)(bi)一(yi)般(ban)(ban)鋼芯(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)高一(yi)倍,比(bi)(bi)高強(qiang)度(du)鋼芯(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)抗(kang)(kang)拉強(qiang)度(du)高77%左(zuo)右。因倍容量復合(he)材(cai)料芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)結構形(xing)式較為(wei)創新,因此(ci)有利用提高接(jie)續管、耐張(zhang)線(xian)夾與導線(xian)的(de)壓(ya)接(jie)強(qiang)度(du)。
2.線損低、導電率高
由于倍(bei)容(rong)量(liang)復合(he)材(cai)料芯鋁絞(jiao)線JXRL/FH不(bu)存在鋼絲材(cai)料引起的(de)(de)(de)磁滯損耗熱效應,而且在輸送相(xiang)同負荷的(de)(de)(de)條件下,具有(you)更低(di)的(de)(de)(de)運行溫度,可以減少(shao)輸電(dian)損失約6%左(zuo)右(you)。另外(wai),倍(bei)容(rong)量(liang)復合(he)材(cai)料芯鋁絞(jiao)線JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)層(ceng)由梯形(xing)截面(mian)(mian)軟(ruan)鋁形(xing)成的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)表面(mian)(mian)遠比(bi)傳統的(de)(de)(de)鋼芯鋁絞(jiao)線LGJ表面(mian)(mian)光(guang)滑,提(ti)高(gao)了導(dao)線表面(mian)(mian)粗糙系數,有(you)利于提(ti)高(gao)導(dao)線的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)暈起始電(dian)壓,減少(shao)電(dian)暈損失,降低(di)電(dian)暈噪(zao)聲和無線電(dian)干擾(rao)水平。再者,由于外(wai)層(ceng)為梯形(xing)截面(mian)(mian)軟(ruan)鋁,與相(xiang)同直徑的(de)(de)(de)鋼芯鋁絞(jiao)線LGJ相(xiang)比(bi)外(wai)層(ceng)纏繞的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)電(dian)鋁更多,提(ti)高(gao)了導(dao)線的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)導(dao)率。
3.弧垂小

5.重量輕

6.耐腐蝕、使用壽命長
由(you)于復合(he)芯(xin)棒外表(biao)面包(bao)覆的(de)是絕緣體(ti)的(de)玻璃(li)纖維層,芯(xin)棒與(yu)鋁(lv)(lv)股之(zhi)間不(bu)存在接觸電位差(cha),避免了諸如(ru)鋼芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)LGJ的(de)導體(ti)在通電時鋁(lv)(lv)線(xian)與(yu)鍍鋅鋼線(xian)之(zhi)間的(de)電化腐(fu)蝕(shi)問題(ti),能保護鋁(lv)(lv)導體(ti)免受電腐(fu)蝕(shi),同時該導線(xian)屬于自阻尼結構(gou),具有(you)(you)優越的(de)防(fang)振性。因此,有(you)(you)效地延(yan)緩了導線(xian)的(de)老化,延(yan)長了導線(xian)的(de)使用壽命(ming)。
