倍容量(liang)(liang)(liang)復(fu)合材料(liao)芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)JXRL/FH充分發揮了有機復(fu)合材料(liao)的(de)(de)特長,與現(xian)有的(de)(de)各種相(xiang)比,具有強(qiang)度高(gao)(gao)、線(xian)損低、電導率(lv)高(gao)(gao)、弧垂小、允許工(gong)作溫(wen)度高(gao)(gao)、載流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)大、重量(liang)(liang)(liang)輕、耐腐蝕及使(shi)用(yong)壽命長等優點,即使(shi)在導線(xian)載流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)增加(jia),導線(xian)溫(wen)度提高(gao)(gao)以后(hou),導線(xian)的(de)(de)運用(yong)仍是安全可靠的(de)(de),從而實現(xian)了電力傳輸(shu)的(de)(de)節能、環(huan)保與安全,其具體特點如(ru)下。
1.強度高
一般(ban)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絲(si)的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1240MPa,高(gao)強度(du)(du)(du)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絲(si)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1410MPa,而倍(bei)(bei)容量復合材(cai)料芯鋁絞(jiao)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)碳纖(xian)維(wei)和(he)玻(bo)(bo)璃纖(xian)維(wei)混合固化芯棒(bang),其抗(kang)拉(la)強度(du)(du)(du)最小(xiao)值(zhi)可達到2150MPa ,分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)(wei)前兩者(zhe)的(de)(de)1.73倍(bei)(bei)和(he)1.52倍(bei)(bei)。如芯線直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)6.5MM的(de)(de)碳纖(xian)維(wei)和(he)玻(bo)(bo)璃纖(xian)維(wei)混合芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強度(du)(du)(du)達2500MPa,比(bi)一般(ban)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)一倍(bei)(bei),比(bi)高(gao)強度(du)(du)(du)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)芯的(de)(de)抗(kang)拉(la)強度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)77%左右。因(yin)倍(bei)(bei)容量復合材(cai)料芯鋁絞(jiao)線JXRL/FH的(de)(de)結(jie)構形(xing)式較為(wei)(wei)(wei)創新,因(yin)此有利用提(ti)高(gao)接(jie)續(xu)管、耐張線夾(jia)與(yu)導線的(de)(de)壓接(jie)強度(du)(du)(du)。
2.線損低、導電率高
由于(yu)(yu)倍容量復合材料(liao)(liao)芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH不(bu)存在鋼絲材料(liao)(liao)引(yin)起的(de)(de)(de)磁滯損(sun)(sun)耗熱效應,而且在輸(shu)送相(xiang)同負荷的(de)(de)(de)條件下,具有更(geng)低的(de)(de)(de)運行溫度,可以減(jian)少輸(shu)電(dian)損(sun)(sun)失(shi)約6%左右。另外(wai)(wai),倍容量復合材料(liao)(liao)芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)由梯形截(jie)面(mian)(mian)(mian)軟鋁(lv)形成的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)遠(yuan)比傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)鋼芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)LGJ表面(mian)(mian)(mian)光(guang)滑,提(ti)高了(le)導線(xian)(xian)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)粗糙系數,有利于(yu)(yu)提(ti)高導線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)暈起始電(dian)壓,減(jian)少電(dian)暈損(sun)(sun)失(shi),降低電(dian)暈噪聲和無線(xian)(xian)電(dian)干擾(rao)水平。再者,由于(yu)(yu)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)為梯形截(jie)面(mian)(mian)(mian)軟鋁(lv),與相(xiang)同直(zhi)徑的(de)(de)(de)鋼芯鋁(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)LGJ相(xiang)比外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)纏繞的(de)(de)(de)導電(dian)鋁(lv)更(geng)多,提(ti)高了(le)導線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)導率。
3.弧垂小
碳纖維芯(xin)的(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)膨脹系數(shu)低(1.6*10-6/℃),約(yue)為(wei)普通(tong)剛芯(xin)線(xian)(xian)(xian)膨脹系數(shu)(11.5*10-6/℃)的(de)(de)1/7,倍(bei)容(rong)量復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH與常規(gui)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)相比(bi)具有顯著的(de)(de)低馳度(du)特(te)(te)性(xing)。在相同的(de)(de)實驗條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),溫度(du)從(cong)26.1℃上升到183℃時,常規(gui)鋼芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)弧垂(chui)236mm增(zeng)(zeng)加到1422mm,提高了5倍(bei),而倍(bei)容(rong)量復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)弧垂(chui)僅(jin)從(cong)198mm增(zeng)(zeng)加到312mm,提高僅(jin)0.58倍(bei)。倍(bei)容(rong)量復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH弧垂(chui)的(de)(de)變化量僅(jin)為(wei)常規(gui)鋼芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)9.6%,即(ji)在高溫條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),倍(bei)容(rong)量復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)弧垂(chui)變化量不到鋼芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)1/10。由于倍(bei)容(rong)量復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)鋁(lv)(lv)絞線(xian)(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH在高溫條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia)的(de)(de)低弧度(du)特(te)(te)性(xing),能有效(xiao)減少架(jia)空(kong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)空(kong)間走(zou)廊,提高導線(xian)(xian)(xian)高溫運行的(de)(de)安全性(xing)和可(ke)靠性(xing)。
4.允許工作溫度高,載流量大

6.耐腐蝕、使用壽命長
由(you)于復合芯棒外表面(mian)包覆的(de)(de)是絕緣體的(de)(de)玻(bo)璃纖維層,芯棒與(yu)鋁股(gu)之間不存在接(jie)觸(chu)電位差,避免(mian)了諸如鋼芯鋁絞(jiao)線(xian)LGJ的(de)(de)導體在通電時鋁線(xian)與(yu)鍍鋅鋼線(xian)之間的(de)(de)電化(hua)腐蝕問題,能保護鋁導體免(mian)受(shou)電腐蝕,同時該導線(xian)屬于自阻尼結構,具有(you)(you)優越的(de)(de)防振性(xing)。因(yin)此,有(you)(you)效地延(yan)緩了導線(xian)的(de)(de)老化(hua),延(yan)長了導線(xian)的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命。
