倍容(rong)量(liang)復合(he)(he)材料芯鋁絞線(xian)JXRL/FH充分(fen)發揮了有機復合(he)(he)材料的(de)特(te)長,與現有的(de)各種相比,具有強度(du)(du)高(gao)、線(xian)損(sun)低、電(dian)(dian)導(dao)率高(gao)、弧(hu)垂小、允許工(gong)作溫度(du)(du)高(gao)、載流(liu)量(liang)大、重量(liang)輕、耐腐蝕(shi)及使用壽命長等優點,即使在導(dao)線(xian)載流(liu)量(liang)增加,導(dao)線(xian)溫度(du)(du)提(ti)高(gao)以后,導(dao)線(xian)的(de)運用仍(reng)是(shi)安(an)全可靠的(de),從(cong)而實現了電(dian)(dian)力傳(chuan)輸的(de)節(jie)能、環(huan)保與安(an)全,其具體(ti)特(te)點如下(xia)。
1.強度高
一般(ban)鋼(gang)絲的抗(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度為(wei)1240MPa,高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度鋼(gang)絲為(wei)1410MPa,而倍(bei)容量(liang)復合材料(liao)芯(xin)鋁絞JXRL/FH的碳(tan)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)和玻璃(li)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)混合固化芯(xin)棒,其抗(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度最小值可達(da)到2150MPa ,分(fen)別為(wei)前兩者的1.73倍(bei)和1.52倍(bei)。如芯(xin)線(xian)直徑為(wei)6.5MM的碳(tan)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)和玻璃(li)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)混合芯(xin)的抗(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度達(da)2500MPa,比一般(ban)鋼(gang)芯(xin)的抗(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度高(gao)(gao)一倍(bei),比高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度鋼(gang)芯(xin)的抗(kang)拉強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度高(gao)(gao)77%左右。因倍(bei)容量(liang)復合材料(liao)芯(xin)鋁絞線(xian)JXRL/FH的結(jie)構形(xing)式較為(wei)創新(xin),因此有利用提(ti)高(gao)(gao)接(jie)續(xu)管、耐張(zhang)線(xian)夾與導線(xian)的壓接(jie)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)度。
2.線損低、導電率高
由(you)(you)于(yu)倍容量(liang)復(fu)合材(cai)料(liao)(liao)芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH不存在(zai)鋼絲材(cai)料(liao)(liao)引(yin)起(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)磁滯(zhi)損(sun)耗熱效(xiao)應,而且(qie)在(zai)輸送相同負荷的(de)(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件下,具有更(geng)低(di)的(de)(de)(de)(de)運行溫度,可以減少輸電(dian)損(sun)失約6%左右。另外(wai),倍容量(liang)復(fu)合材(cai)料(liao)(liao)芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)JXRL/FH的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)層由(you)(you)梯形截(jie)面(mian)軟(ruan)鋁(lv)形成的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)遠(yuan)比(bi)傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)LGJ表(biao)面(mian)光滑(hua),提(ti)高了導線(xian)(xian)表(biao)面(mian)粗糙系數,有利于(yu)提(ti)高導線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)暈(yun)起(qi)(qi)始(shi)電(dian)壓(ya),減少電(dian)暈(yun)損(sun)失,降低(di)電(dian)暈(yun)噪(zao)聲(sheng)和無線(xian)(xian)電(dian)干擾水平(ping)。再(zai)者(zhe),由(you)(you)于(yu)外(wai)層為梯形截(jie)面(mian)軟(ruan)鋁(lv),與相同直徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼芯(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞(jiao)線(xian)(xian)LGJ相比(bi)外(wai)層纏繞的(de)(de)(de)(de)導電(dian)鋁(lv)更(geng)多,提(ti)高了導線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)導率。

6.耐腐蝕、使用壽命長
